در دلش ذوق نمو از ملت استاحتساب کار او از ملت است
English translation
The joy of growth swells in his heart from the community,
that watches and controls his every deed;
Urdu translation
ملّت ہی کی وجہ سے فرد کے دل میں اپنی قوّتوں کے اظہار کا جذبہ پیدا ہوتا ہے؛ فرد کی سرگرمیوں کا اندازہ ملّت ہی کے مقام سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے۔
