This is couplet 30 of 31 in “⁨در معنی اینکہ یأس و حزن و خوف ام الحبا ئث است و قاطع حیات، و توحید ازالۂ این امراض خبیثہ می کند⁩” (That Despair, Grief and Fear are the Mother of Abominations, destroying Life; end that Belief in Unity of God puts an end to those Foul Diseases) in the section The Pillars of Islam, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (⁨رموزِ بیخودی⁩), published in 1918.
