ہر یکی دانای قرآن و خبردر شریعت کم سواد و کم نظر

English translation

Every one of them is fully conversant with the Quran and the traditions; but they are totally unaware of the true significance of the Shari’ah.
(Their knowledge is theoretical only; they lack fire of conviction and zeal for activity, for they have missed the true spirit of the message.)

یہ سب قرآن و حدیث کے عالم ہونے کے دعویدار ہیں مگر شریعت سے بے بہرہ اور اس کے راز دیکھنے سے بے بصر۔
