تمہید: در معنی ربط فرد و ملت
فرد تنہا از مقاصد غافل استقوتش آشفتگی را مایل است
English translation
The individual, alone, is heedless of high purposes;
his strength is apt to dissipate itself;
Urdu translation
فرد اکیلا ہو تو وہ اعلی مقاصد سے غافل رہتا ہے اور اس کی قوّتیں رو بہ انحطاط ہو جاتی ہیں۔
