در معنی اینکہ ملت از اختلاط افراد پیدا میشود و تکمیل تربیت او از نبوت است
ہر چہ از خود می دمد برداردشہر چہ از بالا فتد برداردش
English translation
But whatsoever springs of its own self or falls from heaven, that it gathers up.
Urdu translation
جو کچھ زمین سے خود بخود پیدا ہوتا وہ اسے اٹھا لیتا؛ اور جو پھل درختوں سے گرتا اس پر گزارہ کر لیتا۔

This is couplet 18 of 34 in “در معنی اینکہ ملت از اختلاط افراد پیدا میشود و تکمیل تربیت او از نبوت است” (That The Community Is Made Up Of The Mingling Of Individuals, And Owes The Perfecting Of Its Education To Prophethood) in the section Dedication to the Muslim Community, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
