رکن دوم : رسالت
فرد از حق، ملت از وی زندہ استاز شعاع مہر او تابندہ است
English translation
In God the individual, in him lives the community, in his sun’s rays resplendent ever;
Urdu translation
فرد اللہ تعالے کے ساتھ تعلق سے قائم ہے؛ اور ملّت حضور (صلعم) کے ساتھ تعلق سے زندہ ہے اور آپ (صلعم) کے آفتاب کی شعاع سے چمک رہی ہے۔
