رکن دوم : رسالت

تارک آفل براھیم خلیلانبیا را نقش پای او دلیل

Abraham, friend of God, loved not the things that set; and lo, his footprint was a guide to all successive prophets.

آن خداے لم یزل را آیتےداشت در دل آرزوے ملتے

He, the sign and witness to the everlasting Lord, yearned in his heart for a Community;

جوے اشک از چشم بیخوابش چکیدتا پیام "طہرابیتی" شنید

And from his sleepless eyes the flood of tears unceasing flowed
until the messagecame, cleanse thou My House.

بہر ما ویرانہ ئے آباد کردطائفان را خانہ ئی بنیاد کرد

Then for our sake he made a desert populous, and founded there a temple whither pilgrims might process.

تا نہال "تب علینا" غنچہ بستصورت کار بہار ما نشست

And when the stem of turn thou unto usburst into bud, the tillage of our Spring took visible shape;

حق تعالی پیکر ما آفریدوز رسالت در تن ما جان دمید

God fashioned forth our form
and through Apostleship breathed in our flesh the soul of life.

حرف بے صوت اندرین عالم بدیماز رسالت مصرع موزون شدیم

We were a word unvoiced within this world,
that by Apostleship became a measured verse;

از رسالت در جہان تکوین مااز رسالت دین ما آئین ما

And that same grace both shaped our being, gave us Faith and Law;

از رسالت صد ہزار ما یک استجزو ما از جزو "مالاینفک" است

Converted our vast myriads into one,
and joined our fractions in a mighty whole inseparable, indivisible.

آن کہ شان اوست "یہدی من یرید"از رسالت حلقہ گرد ما کشید

He, who is pleased to guide whomso he will, made of Apostleship a magic ring to draw around us;

حلقہ ی ملت محیط افزاستیمرکز او وادی بطحا ستی

The community a circle is, whose great circumference centers on Makkah’s valley;

ما ز حکم نسبت او ملتیماھل عالم را پیام رحمتیم

And by force and virtue of that same relationship
stands our community unshakable, tidings of mercy to the world entire.

از میان بحر او خیزیم مامثل موج از ھم نمیریزیم ما

Out of that sea we surge, nor break apart like scattering waves;

امتش در حرز دیوار حرمنعرہ زن مانند شیران در اجم

Its people, closely fenced within the ramparts of that holy soil, roar loud as jungle lions.

معنی حرفم کنی تحقیق اگربنگری با دیدہ ی صدیق اگر

If thou look to prove the truth that lies within my words, gazing with Abu Bakr’s veracious eyes;

قوت قلب و جگر گردد نبےاز خدا محبوب تر گردد نبی

The Prophet (S.A.W.), power and strength of soul and heart,
becometh more beloved than God Himself.

قلب مومن را کتابش قوت استحکمتش حبل الورید ملت است

His book is reinforcement to the hearts of all believers; through his wisdom flows the lifeblood of the whole community;

دامنش از دست دادن، مردن استچون گل از باد خزان افسردن است

To yield his garment’s hem is death – the rose so withers at the blast of Autumn’s wind.

زندگی قوم از دم او یافت استاین سحر از آفتابش تافت است

His was the breath that gave the people life; his sun shone glory on their risen dawn.

فرد از حق، ملت از وی زندہ استاز شعاع مہر او تابندہ است

In God the individual, in him lives the community, in his sun’s rays resplendent ever;

از رسالت ہم نوا گشتیم ماہم نفس ھم مدعا گشتیم ما

His Apostleship brought concord to our purpose and our goal.

کثرت ہم مدعا وحدت شودپختہ چون وحدت شود ملت شود

A common aim shared by the multitude is unity, which when it is mature forms the community;

زندہ ہر کثرت ز بند وحدت استوحدت مسلم ز دین فطرت است

The many live only by virtue of the single bond. The Muslim’s unity from natural faith derives.

دین فطرت از نبی آموختیمدر رہ حق مشعلی افروختیم

And this the Prophet (S.A.W.) taught to us, so that we lit a lantern on Truth’s way.

این گہر از بحر بے پایان اوستما کہ یک جانیم از احسان اوست

This pearl was fished from his unfathomed sea, and of his bounty we are one in soul.

تا نہ این وحدت ز دست ما رودہستی ما با ابد ھمدم شود

Let not this unity go from our hands, and we endure to all eternity.

پس خدا بر ما شریعت ختم کردبر رسول ما رسالت ختم کرد

God set the seal of holy Law on us, as in our Prophet (S.A.W.) all Apostleship is sealed.

رونق از ما محفل ایام رااو رسل را ختم و ما اقوام را

The flow of endless days shines brightly in our glory; he was the Seal of all Apostles, and we are to all people.

خدمت ساقی گری با ما گذاشتداد ما را آخرین جامی کہ داشت

The service of Truth’s winebearer is left with us; he gave to us his final glass.

"لا نبی بعدی" ز احسان خداستپردہ ی ناموس دین مصطفی است

No Prophet after me is of God’s grace, and veil the modest beauty of the Faith Muhammad (S.A.W.) brought to men.

قوم را سرمایہ ی قوت ازوحفظ سر وحدت ملت ازو

The people’s strength all rest in this, that still the secret guards of how the Faith’s Community is one.

حق تعالی نقش ہر دعوی شکستتا ابد اسلام را شیرازہ بست

Almighty God has shattered every shape carved by imposture, and for ever more stitched up the sacred volume of Islam.

دل ز غیر اللہ مسلمان بر کندنعرہ ی لا قوم بعدی می زند

The Muslim keeps his heart from all but God and shouts abroad, no people after me.
