English translation
Plunge like a fish, and populate the sea; shake off the chains of too constricted space.
Urdu translation
مچھلی کی طرح سمندر میں آباد ہو اور مقام کی قید سے آزاد ہو جا۔

This is couplet 33 of 38 in “در معنی اینکہ چون ملت محمدیہ موسس بر توحید و رسالت است پس نہایت مکانی ندارد” (That Since The Muhammadan Community Is Founded Upon Belief In One God And Apostleship, Therefore It Is Not Bounded By Space) in the section The Pillars of Islam, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
