در معنی اینکہ نظام ملت غیر ازئین صورت نبنددوئین ملت محمدیہ قرآن است
می برد پابند و آزاد آوردصید بندان را بفریاد آورد
English translation
It casts away the shackling chains, and leads the free man forth, but brings the exultant captor unto woe.
Urdu translation
یہ انسانوں کو آئین کا پابند کر کے آزادی عطا کرتا ہے؛ اس کی وجہ سے انسانیت کے شکاری بے بس ہو جاتے ہیں۔

This is couplet 11 of 34 in “در معنی اینکہ نظام ملت غیر ازئین صورت نبنددوئین ملت محمدیہ قرآن است” (That The Organization Of The Community Is Only Possible Though Law, And The Law Of Muhammadan Community Is The Quran) in the section The Pillars of Islam, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
