در معنی اینکہ نظام ملت غیر ازئین صورت نبنددوئین ملت محمدیہ قرآن است
از تلاوت بر تو حق دارد کتابتو ازو کامی کہ میخواہی بیاب
English translation
It is thy duty to recite the Book, and therein find the purpose thou dost seek.
Urdu translation
قرآن پاک کا بھی تجھ پر حق ہے کہ تو اس کی تلاوت کر کے اس کے ذریعے تو اپنا ہر مقصد پا سکتا ہے۔
