صد نیستان کاشت تا یک نالہ رستصد چمن خون کرد تا یک لالہ رست
English translation
A hundred reed-beds sowed that one lament might burgeon; bathed in blood a hundred meads, to yield one tulip-bloom.
Urdu translation
سینکڑوں نیستاں کاشت کیے تاکہ بانسری سے نالہ پیدا ہو سکے ؛ اس طرح اس نے سینکڑوں باغوں کا خون کیا تاکہ ایک گل لالہ پیدا ہو۔
