تو کہ ھم در کافری کامل نہ ئیدر خور طوف حریم دل نہ ئی
English translation
Thou that art not even a perfect infidel, art unfit to worship at the shrine of the spirit.

تو جو اپنے کفر میں بھی کامل نہیں ہے ؛ تو اس قابل نہیں کہ حریم دل کا طواف کر سکے۔

This is couplet 17 of 44 in “حکایت شیخ و برہمن و مکالمہ گنگ و ہمالہ در معنی اینکہ تسلسل حیات ملیہ از محکم گرفتن روایات مخصوصہ ملیہ می باشد” (Story of the Sheikh and the Brahmin, followed by a conversation between Ganges and Himalayas to the effect that the continuation of social life depends on firm attachment to the characteristic traditions of the community), from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Asrar-e-Khudi (اسرارِ خودی), published in 1915.
