ہر اک مقام سے آگے گزر گیا مہ نو
رہے نہ ایبک و غوری کے معرکے باقیہمیشہ تازہ و شیریں ہے نغمہ خسرو
English translation
Great wars by Aibak and Ghauri fought by the world are all forgot; but the lays of Khusrau still our hearts with joy and pleasure fill.
