حکومت الھی
عادل اندر صلح و ہم اندر مصافوصل و فصلش لایراعی لایخاف
English translation
Just alike in peace and in the ranks of war, His joining and parting are without fear and favour;
Urdu translation
احکام وحی صلح و جنگ دونوں میں عدل پر مبنی ہیں؛ وہ دوستی و دشمنی میں نہ کسی کی رعایت کرتے ہیں نہ کسی کا خوف رکھتے ہیں۔
