حکومت الھی
قاہر آمر کہ باشد پختہ کاراز قوانین گرد خود بندد حصار
English translation
The tyrannical ruler who is well-versed in power builds about himself a fortress made up of edicts;
Urdu translation
پختہ کار زبردست آمر، قوانین کے ذریعے اپنے ارد گرد قلعہ بنا لیتا ہے۔
