حکمت خیرکثیر است
حق ببین حق گوی و غیر از حق مجوییک دو حرف از من بہ آن ملت بگوی
English translation
Behold truth, speak truth, seek only truth; speak one or two words from me to the people.
Urdu translation
تو حق دیکھ، حق کہہ اور سوائے حق کے اور کسی چیز کی جستجو نہ کر؛ میری طرف سے ملت روسیہ کو ایک دو باتیں پہنچا دے۔
