خوش بیا اے نکتہ سنج خاوریاے کہ می زیبد ترا حرف دریمحرم رازیم با ما راز گوےآنچہ میدانی ز ایران باز گوی
English translation
Welcome to you, eastern weaver of subtleties whose lips the Persian speech so well beseems!
We are your intimate friends; tell us your secret, reveal what you know of Iran.
Urdu translation
اے نکتہ دان مشرق خوش آمدید ؛ تجھے فارسی زبان میں شعر گوئی زیب دیتی ہے۔ہم محرم راز ہیں ہم سے راز کی بات کر جو کچھ تجھے ایران کے متعلق معلوم ہے وہ بتا۔
