حرکت بہ کاخ سلاطین مشرق نادر ابدالی سلطان شہید
موج مے در شیشۂ تاکش نبودیک شرر در تودۂ خاکش نبود
English translation
In her vine’s flask no wine foamed, no spark glowed in her heap of dust;
Urdu translation
اس کے شیشہ ء تاکستان میں شراب کی کوئی موج اور اس کے تو دہ ء خاک میں کوئی شرر باقی نہیں تھا۔
