تا نداند از مقام و منزلشمرد ذوق انقلاب اندر دلش

English translation

As he (the Muslim) is not aware of his true station,20 the zeal for revolution has died in his heart.
* ‘His true station’ may refer to the task assigned to the Muslim nation by God, as described by the Qur’an, iii. 100: You are the best nation raised up for men: you enjoin good and forbid evil and you believe in Allah.

چونکہ وہ اپنے مقام و منزل کو نہیں پہچانتا اس لیے اس کے اندر ذوق انقلاب بھی ختم ہو چکا ہے۔
