شرق و غرب آزاد و ما نخچیر غیرخشت ما سرمایۂ تعمیر غیر

East and West are free, but we are slaves of others; our bricks go to the building of others’ mansions.

مشرق و مغرب آزاد ہیں مگر ہم غیروں کے غلام ہیں۔ ہماری اینٹیں غیروں کی تعمیر میں صرف ہو رہی ہیں۔
