یک زمان خود را بہ دریا در فکنتا روان رفتہ باز آید بتن

Fling yourself in the river for a while so that the departed spirit should come back to the body.

کچھ مدت کے لیے اپنے آپ کو اس سمندر میں ڈال دے تاکہ تیری گئی ہوئی جان دوبارہ تیرے بدن میں واپس آ جائے۔
