طارق چو بر کناررۂ اندلس سفینہ سوختگفتند کار تو بہ نگاہ خرد خطاست
English translation
When Tariq burned his boats on Andalusia’s coast, his men observed: ‘It was an unwise thing to do.

طارق نے جب اندلس کے ساحل پر اپنی کشتیاں جلائیں ، تو اس کے ساتھیوں نے کہا: تیرا یہ کام عقل کی رو سے غلط ہے۔
