تمہید: در معنی ربط فرد و ملت
فطرتش آزاد و ہم زنجیری استجزو او را قوت کل گیری است
English translation
Its nature is to be both free and bond;
itself a part, it has the potency to seize the whole.
Urdu translation
اس کی فطرت آزاد ہے اور مقیّد بھی؛ اس جزو میں کل (کائنات) پر قابو پا لینے کی قوّت ہے۔
