در معنی اینکہ ملت از اختلاط افراد پیدا میشود و تکمیل تربیت او از نبوت است
دیدہ ی او می کشد لب جان دمدتا دوئی میرد یکی پیدا شود
English translation
His bright glance slays, but forthwith his single uttered word bestows new life, that so Duality expiring, Unity may come to birth.
Urdu translation
اس کی نگاہ دوئی کو فنا کر دیتی ہے اور اس کے لب (افراد میں) یک رنگی کی جان پھونک دیتے ہیں۔

This is couplet 23 of 34 in “در معنی اینکہ ملت از اختلاط افراد پیدا میشود و تکمیل تربیت او از نبوت است” (That The Community Is Made Up Of The Mingling Of Individuals, And Owes The Perfecting Of Its Education To Prophethood) in the section Dedication to the Muslim Community, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
