آن کتاب زندہ قرآن حکیمحکمت او لایزال است و قدیم
English translation
It is the living Book, that wise Quran’ whose wisdom is eternal, uncreate.
Urdu translation
(یہ راز) قرآن حکیم ہے جو ایک زندہ کتاب ہے؛ جس کی حکمت قدیم بھی ہے اور کبھی نہ ہونے والی بھی۔

This is couplet 7 of 34 in “در معنی اینکہ نظام ملت غیر ازئین صورت نبنددوئین ملت محمدیہ قرآن است” (That The Organization Of The Community Is Only Possible Though Law, And The Law Of Muhammadan Community Is The Quran) in the section The Pillars of Islam, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
