در معنی اینکہ پختگی سیرت ملیہ از اتباع آئین الہیہ است
قدرت اندر علم او پیداستیہم عصا و ھم ید بیضاستی
English translation
Power is patent in its knowledge, this the sign of Moses’ staff and potent hand;
Urdu translation
شریعت کے علم ہی سے (عمل پر) قدرت حاصل ہوتی ہے؛ یہ ایسا ( قوت کا نشان ) اور ید بیضا (نور ہدایت) بھی۔
