در معنی اینکہ پختگی سیرت ملیہ از اتباع آئین الہیہ است
ملت از آئین حق گیرد نظاماز نظام محکمی خیزد دوام
English translation
The rule of Law secures an ordered life to all the nation, which established rule condition is of its continuance.
Urdu translation
ملّت کو بھی شریعت ہی سے نظام حاصل ہوتا ہے اور نظام محکم اسے دوام عطا کرتا ہے۔
