در معنی اینکہ تو سیع حیات ملیہ از تسخیر قوای نظام عالم است

English translation
Thou, who hast made with the Invisible thy covenant, and burst forth like a flood from the shore’s bondage,
Urdu translation
اے امت مسلمہ جس نے لا محدود سے جو نظر نہیں آتے پیمان وفا باندھا ہوا ہے اس طرح تو قید ساحل سے سیلاب کی مانند آزاد ہو چکی ہے۔
