در معنی اینکہ تو سیع حیات ملیہ از تسخیر قوای نظام عالم است
تا ز تسخیر قوای این نظامذوفنونیہای تو گردد تمام
English translation
That, having won the mastery of the powers of this world-order, thou mayest consummate the perfecting of thy ingenious crafts.
Urdu translation
تاکہ اس نظام کائنات کی قوتوں کی تسخیر سے تیری ہنرمندیوں کی صلاحیتیں تکمیل پائیں۔
