خطاب بہ مخدرات اسلام
صید او آزاد خواند خویش راکشتۂ او زندہ داند خویش را
English translation
Its poor prey calls itself free, its victim vaunts it lives!
Thine is the hand that keepeth fresh and green.
Urdu translation
(مگر لطف یہ ہے ) کہ اس کا شکار اپنے آپ کو آزار کہتا ہے اور اس کا مارا ہوا اپنے آپ کو زندہ سمجھتا ہے۔
