بر سر کفر و دین فشان رحمت عام خویش را
قافلہ بھار را طایر پیش رس نگرآنکہ بخلوت قفس گفت پیام خویش را
English translation
Behold this lone bird on the wing, first of the caravan of spring, who in his solitary cage carols the message of his age!

مجھے دیکھو میں (اسلام کے ) قافلہ ء بہار کی خبر دینے والا وہ پرندہ ہوں جس نے قفس کی تنہائی میں بھی اپنا پیغام سنا دیا ہے۔
