خویش ر بر ریگ سوزان ہم بزنغوطہ اندر چشمہ ی زمزم بزن

Now throw thyself on the burning sand; and plunge in to the fountain of Zamzam!

اب اپنے آپ کو تپتی ہوئی ریت پر بھی سرگرم سفر کر؛ چشمہء زمزم کے اندر بھی غوطہ زن ہو۔
