اثر کرے نہ کرے، سن تو لے مری فریاد
ٹھہر سکا نہ ہوائے چمن میں خیمہء گلیہی ہے فصل بہاری، یہی ہے باد مراد؟
English translation
The rose’s tent could not survive the garden’s breeze.
Is this what You call spring, is this the blessed wind?
