یہ سرود قمری و بلبل فریب گوش ہے
جس کے دم سے دلی و لاہور ہم پہلو ہوئےآہ، اے اقبال وہ بلبل بھی اب خاموش ہے

Through whom Delhi and Lahore were drawn together
Ah! Iqbal that nightingale is silent now.
