English translation
I, who saw among my friends none to confide in, rested a moment on the shore of the sea:

جب میں نے احباب میں کوئی محرم راز نہ دیکھا ؛ میں تھوڑی دیر کے لیے ذہنی سکوں کے لیے دریا کے کنارے پر چلا گیا۔
