تمہید زمینی: آشکارا می شود روح حضرت رومی و شرح میدہد اسرار معراج را
زادن طفل از شکست اشکم استزادن مرد از شکست عالم است
English translation
A child is born through the rending of the womb, a man is born through the rending of the world;
Urdu translation
بچہ شکست شکم سے وجود میں آتا ہے؛ مرد شکست عالم سے پیدا ہوتا ہے۔

This is couplet 56 of 104 in “تمہید زمینی: آشکارا می شود روح حضرت رومی و شرح میدہد اسرار معراج را” (Prelude On Earth: The Spirit of Rumi appears and explains the mystery of the Ascension), from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
