English translation
Every plan is bound up with my determining; voiced and voiceless-all alike are my prey.
Urdu translation
ہر تدبیر میری تقدیر کے ساتھ بندھی ہوئی ہے ؛ گونگے اور گویا سب میرے شکار ہیں۔
