عارف ہندی کہ بہ یکی از غار ہای قمر خلوت گرفتہ و اہل ہند او را جہان دوست میگویند
شعلہ ہا در موج دودش دیدہ امکبریا اندر سجودش دیدہ ام
English translation
I have seen flames in the billow of his smoke, I have seen majestic pride in his prostration.
Urdu translation
میں نے اس کے دھوئیں کی موج میں شعلے دیکھے ہیں اور اس کے سجدوں میں عظمت دیکھی ہے۔

This is couplet 21 of 48 in “عارف ہندی کہ بہ یکی از غار ہای قمر خلوت گرفتہ و اہل ہند او را جہان دوست میگویند” (An Indian Ascetic, Known To The People Of India As Jahandost, Who Lives As A Hermit In One Of The Caverns Of The Moon) in the section The Sphere of the Moon, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
