English translation
The Sage of Rum, in rapture continually, his face radiant with an ecstasy of joy,
Urdu translation
جو ہر لحظہ حضوری میں رہتے ہیں ؛ ذوق و سرور سے ان کا چہرہ چمک اٹھا۔پیر رومی (رحمتہ اللہ)

This is couplet 19 of 38 in “زیارت ارواح جمال الدین افغانی و سعید حلیم پاشا” (The Sphere Of Mercury: Visitation to the spirits of Jamal al-Din Afghani and Sa‘id Halim Pasha) in the section The Sphere of Mecury, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
