رواح رذیلہ کہ با ملک و ملت غداری کردہ و دوزح ایشان را قبول نکردہ
از گران سیری خرام او سکونہر نکو از حکم او زشت و زبون
English translation
So heavy of pace it is, its motion seems stationary; under its rule, every good is turned to evil and base.
Urdu translation
سست رفتاری کی وجہ سے اس کا چلنا بھی سکون نظر آتا ہے ؛ اس کی نسبت سے ہر اچھی چیز بھی بری ہو جاتی ہے۔

This is couplet 4 of 17 in “رواح رذیلہ کہ با ملک و ملت غداری کردہ و دوزح ایشان را قبول نکردہ” (The Sphere Of Saturn: The vile spirits which have betrayed the nation and have been rejected by Hell) in the section The Sphere of Saturn, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
