حفظ جانہا ذکر و فکر بے حسابحفظ تنہا ضبط نفس اندر شباب
English translation
Protect your soul with abundant zikr-o-fikr (remembering and thinking about Allah); and protection of body lies in controlling the lust of youth.
Urdu translation
روح کی حفاظت بے حساب ذکر و فکر سے ہے؛ اور بدن کی حفاظت جوانی میں ضبط نفس سے ہے۔
