پس چہ باید کرد اے اقوام شرق
رای بی قوت ہمہ مکر و فسونقوت بی رای جہل است و جنون
English translation
Wisdom without power is deceit and enchantment, power without wisdom is ignorance and madness.

ایسی راۓ جسے منوانے کی قوّت نہ ہو محض مکر و فسوں ہے اور ایسی قوّت کے ساتھ دانشمند راۓ نہ ہو جہالت ہے، پاگل پن ہے۔
