در معنی اینکہ پختگی سیرت ملیہ از اتباع آئین الہیہ است
تا نگیرد باز کار او نظامتاختن بر کشورش آمد حرام
English translation
Until his order is restored, to march against his unarmed country is prohibited.
Urdu translation
تو جب تک وہ دوبارہ اپنا نظام (دفاع) درست نہ کر لے اس کے ملک پر حملہ کرنا حرام ہے۔
