در معنی اینکہ تو سیع حیات ملیہ از تسخیر قوای نظام عالم است
آنکہ بر اشیا کمند انداخت استمرکب از برق و حرارت ساخت است
English translation
Who so hath spun about phenomena the knotted noose, hath mastered for his mount the lightning and the heat.
Urdu translation
جس نے اشیاء کائنات کی تسخیر کی اس نے برق و حرارت کو اپنی سواری بنایا۔

This is couplet 42 of 47 in “در معنی اینکہ تو سیع حیات ملیہ از تسخیر قوای نظام عالم است” (That The Expansion Of Communal Life Depends Upon Controlling The Forces Of World Order) in the section The Pillars of Islam, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Rumuz-e-Bekhudi (رموزِ بیخودی), published in 1918.
