ولم یکن لہ کفواً احد
لالہ ئی کو بر سر کوہی دمیدگوشۂ دامان گلچینی ندید
English translation
On a mountain-top a tulip blowing, that hath never seen the trailing border of the gatherer’s skirt;
Urdu translation
اس کی مثال یوں ہے جیسے گل لالہ پہاڑ کی چوٹی پر اگا؛ اس نے گل چیں کا گوشہء دامن نہیں دیکھا۔
