English translation
I had not read one letter of true knowledge, and abode still in philosophy’s conjecture-land;

میرے دماغ نے علم ا لیقین کا کوئی حرف نہ پڑھا ؛ وہ فلسفے کے گماں آباد ہی میں بھٹکتا رہا۔
