بہ فغان نہ لب گشودم کہ فغان اثر ندارد
چہ حرم چہ دیر ہر جا سخنی ز آشنائیمگر اینکہ کس ز راز من و تو خبر ندارد
English translation
In the shrine and in the temple there is love-talk every where, yet through all the world none knoweth this great secret that we share.

کیا حرم اور کیا دیر ، ہر جگہ محبت کے چرچے ہیں، مگر بات یوں ہے کہ میرے اور آپ کے راز اور کوئی نہیں جانتا۔
