English translation
In this type of worry one has hustle of east and west; it is like the sea in which all the beings are submerged.

اس غم کے اندر مشرق و مغرب کے ہنگامے ہیں ، وہ ایسا سمندر ہے جس میں تمام کائنات گم ہے۔
