And passionate Halim, commander of the Turks whose thoughts matched the loftiness of his station.

دوسرے ترک سالار حلیم پاشا جو صاحب درد تھے جن کا فکر ان کے مقام کی طرح بلند تھا۔

This is couplet 22 of 38 in “زیارت ارواح جمال الدین افغانی و سعید حلیم پاشا” (The Sphere Of Mercury: Visitation to the spirits of Jamal al-Din Afghani and Sa‘id Halim Pasha) in the section The Sphere of Mecury, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
