خاکی و چون قدسیان روشن بصراز مسلمانان بدہ ما را خبر
English translation
A thing of dust, you are clear-eyed as the Holy Ones – give us some tidings of the Mussulmans!
Urdu translation
اگرچہ تو خاکی ہے مگر نوریوں کی طرح روشن بصر ؛ ہمیں مسلمانوں کے بارے میں کوئی خبر بتا۔

This is couplet 34 of 38 in “زیارت ارواح جمال الدین افغانی و سعید حلیم پاشا” (The Sphere Of Mercury: Visitation to the spirits of Jamal al-Din Afghani and Sa‘id Halim Pasha) in the section The Sphere of Mecury, from Allama Muhammad Iqbal's Persian book Javid Nama (جاوید نامہ), published in 1932.
